Three Secrets To Healthy Weight Loss Diet

It is important to eat well if you are planning to lose weight. Your diet should be such that you lose weight permanently. Once your weight is lost it should not come back.

Eat your breakfast; this is the most important meal of the day. Do you know? We derive 33% of our daily energy from our break fast. If you miss your breakfast, you will eat a lot more for lunch than required for your body. Moreover having breakfast, keeps you active and alert. It has also been proven through a scientific study that kids who eat proper breakfast are better able to concentrate on their studies. Make sure your breakfast is fiber and protein rich. For example cereals with milk and some fresh fruits.

Eat throughout the day. This is also an important secret to a healthy weight loss diet. Having three big meals a day is not the right way to lose weight. Have smaller healthier portions throughout the day. In between the meals when you want to snack, instead of a doughnut, eat an apple. Apple is the most wholesome snack ever created on this planet. It gives you all necessary nutrients required for your body.

15 minute workout. Even if you do not have time to hit the gym, do not worry. Any form of exercise for just 15 minutes is  good enough. You may switch on your favorite music and dance all by your self, just skip and hop for minutes on the spot. Go for walk in the neighborhood. Walk your dog. Choices are endless! Stop making excuses and start today.Be care ful while exercising, do not push yourself too much in the begining.Begin easy, later you can increase the exercise. Once, you decide to increase the level of your physical activity or exercise, do not increase duration and strength at one go. For example , if you are walking at a speed of 5 KMPH for 15 minutes …do not increase your speed to 10 KMPH and time to 30 minutes. Either increase the time or increase the speed at one go.

Yoga is also extremely beneficial to health. This ancient Indian science is all about being healthy at body, mind and soul.
